Such great music. When Wynton and the rest of us have moved on to eternal glory, that mute hat will sale at auction for an undisclosed price. Perhaps a nice addition to the jazz at lincoln center library of artifacts.

I'm looking forward to seeing Kyle in January at the Rialto in Tucson arizona. I wasn't going to go because it's like 50 bucks for a ticket after it's all said and done, to see this great international pianist because I had to make sure the drummer was going to be something that I would be entertained by because I played pretty steadily since 1968 and talk drumming to over 5,000 students personally since 1998 not to mention the internet for 25 years so if I'm going to spend a lot of money on something other than drums and drum books I got to make sure that it's worth it. I think it's going to be well worth it especially to see what has happened in 9 years since this video. I would love to hear the whole story of where Kyle went from this video to where he is now. I think that would be very inspiring for a lot of my students. And boy can't we all use a little bit more encouragement nowadays? It's really been upsetting to see the same greedy for money and greedy for power people that have taken over corporations and governments including America ruin so many people's lives, that these same people took over the music industry. And it's so hard for people to make it and so hard for people to make a living playing what they love to do, all because of these real dick heads that are oppressing the arts just so they can get rich and have their lavish parties and do their power plays on people. I'm looking forward to a new age when the King of Kings and the Lord of music and arts will bring his kingdom to Earth is it already is in the unseen realm. And if you do get those eyes to see and those ears to hear then you can see it's going to be quite the party!
