@@jesse3892 I’m just saying I’ve seen a lot of people struggle to cook eggs without having them stick to the pans and stuff they claimed to cook an egg. I want to try it. It works. It was amazing.

My bike, you gotta let warm up to basically full operating temperature before you can turn off the choke ..like I said in the video you shouldn’t have any problem getting it registered titled in Florida . It is a dirt/trail bike. Top speed isn't necessarily the highest priority. Nice engine swap video. Thanks for sharing.

The seat you just line up the pins and push down .. the battery cover is a little trickier.. you line it up to its original position and pull back swiftly.. sorry I probably should have included that in the video

Well if you have a 2015 rc390 it’s the main key.. when you get the key in you do have to turn it with a decent amount of force though.. hope this helps.

It’s a gas overflow hose.. it will leak gas out the hose instead of fill up the engine with gas if the bike tips over or the float gets stuck in open position..

Top speed probably.. 55mph ..plenty of off-road power…and yes, my stock XR 200 exhaust bolted right up to the lifan 200 Chinese motor

@@tomhannockoutlaw972 thanks for the reply its been a few weeks and it's been hell trying to wire this engine up it seems this whole general purpose wiring harness I got is just bad do you possibly have a link to the one you got so I may also purchase it?

@@FutureEnjoyer the harness I got came with the Lifan engine I bought. Not sure if the harness is sold separately..

I can drive mine but only get about 1 or maybe 2 starts before the battery dies thank you again

@@FutureEnjoyer sounds like the battery might not be the problem … are you sure you have the voltage regulator hooked up correctly?

Make sure all the wires in the main connector have corresponding wires to the bikes harness.. I had to move the red wire.. it was in the wrong place..

I say the Lifan is a much more robust engine than the predator.. not sure about easier to install though..

The CDI an the electric start are completely separate circuits.. so that shouldn’t be a problem.

@@tomhannockoutlaw972 yeah, im not seeing a 200cc, but i see plenty of copies on the 250cc. I am curious if itll work. I suppose theres only one way to find out though!

@@NuhashHossain For me the motor mounts were everything …it just dropped right in..and all the holes were exactly the same. making new motor mounts would be a monumental challenge

@ lol I ended up getting a bunch of fuses and just trial and errored my way through what everything did and made my own harness and got it running enough to sell

If I had to guess I’d say no.. the chain I’m using is about half the size of a normal bicycle chain..

I did an internet search for the pitch and hub size of every Honda sprocket ever made and I found a rear sprocket that match the XR hub and the Lifan sprocket pitch

Not sure what you mean by alternator if you mean the voltage regulator no I didn’t use that because I didn’t use the electric start and I didn’t need a battery …as far as the wires go there was one wire I think it was the red wire on the largest connector that didn’t line up with the other red wire from the other connector so I just move the red wire I didn’t want to put that in the video because I figured it was a mistake by the manufacture on my particular motor And I didn’t want to confuse people.. hope that helps.
