I think you did very well on the beginning, but then on the end, it definitely overworked the painting anyway length of your work, but you must not overwork it

I’m not sure there is bad painting unless it’s an absolute shocker and it looks like nothing but blobs of paint like a paint pallet , some paintings I’ve done I really thought were rubbish and yet other people liked them so I I think it’s up to one’s perception on what they think , if someone liked the painting I didn’t like I generally give them the painting to take home lol …not all is lost sometimes.

I see a classic Igor Sakharov technique. You most likely learned much from this Russian master painter.
