I think this is kind of a townhouse setup. Only the central part of the building seems for sale. At about 0:18 you can see that there are 2 different mailboxes at the 2 doors, so most likely different owners.

It's actually very lively, I hope the video did not give that impression of a dying town. Every time i have gone to this town I see tourists, and locals who live there permanently. Lots of young families.
