There is a half sized refrigerator. You'd have to buy a full sized one for a few hundred euro's at Euronics. (10 minutes by car) Keep in mind that the property is a secondary home for it's current owners thus a big fridge was not necessary.

I live in the Roman countryside and would suggest that this is extraordinary value for money and after years of price suppression is likely to appreciate in price.

True, with this property being ready to move in, the amount of land included, and how centrally it is located we had concluded that the market price could be a little higher. It is within an hour from Siena, Cortona, Florence, the seaside and many other places. It may look isolated, but the highway is only 7 minutes from the property, the nearest City is Arezzo at 12 minutes. The seller wishes to sell quickly, hence why the property has been priced attractively & negotiable!

@@SamsRealty Something more 'background', so we can appreciate the lovely quality of video you have done, instead of the music taking over the whole thing. Just something quieter in the background to add to the atmosphere would be nice.

@@SamsRealty Farrand does a decent job without music at all. Personally I like the sounds of the Tuscan/Umbrian/Roman countryside as a background to a narration.
