Making the video in arabic would probably be better for your target audience
@mitsuy4 ай бұрын
Hello! While i understand that having an arabic version would definitely help in widening my reach, I can only do the english for now. Nevertheless, im hopeful that with your help and all the others who have watched this video, the ripples of change would continue to reach more people and more women - even the ones who speak other languages.
@user-tu9hm6gc7b4 ай бұрын
@@mitsuy What I'm saying is that most of the topics covered in your video, women as property, womens voting rights, womens education, and womens workplace in the modern day are shortcomings that women in underdeveloped nations face. Having a video in English with an audience from these primarily Western countries is like over-watering a plant. Addressing an issue that has already been addressed.
@mitsuy4 ай бұрын
@@user-tu9hm6gc7b I hear you Steven. That is exactly why I explained that I can only really do english for now. It may be 'over-watering' to some but if you look at the different ways this message could go, the english version can still go a long way to a) encourage the 'over-watered' ones to appreciate their privileges and use it to amplify the voices of those who are underprivileged b) to still reach out to the victims and continue educating because as I have mentioned in the video, even countries with strong legal protection for women may still have rural areas where women still live with cultural norms restricting their freedom and c) to reach out to underdeveloped nations who also do speak english. I would very much love to also say "addressing an issue that has already been addressed" Steven, but I really cannot. The whole point of me creating this video is that the problem does exist in every single place - just in different forms now. So yeah, I am explaining this to let you know that my target audience for such a problem is way too big to even say the arabic version is 'better'. I would very much love to be able to speak all languages so i can get this out to everyone but for now, this is what I can do. I will definitely try to do no more moving forward. 🙂

Go make a sandwich. There is no bias against women. They are incredibly privileged and western society has over corrected by far.
@mitsuy4 ай бұрын
I would happily make a sandwich and eat every sandwich in the world if that were the case. I wonder what made you think that there are no longer biases against women? Is it because you grew up not having witnessed it yourself? If so, lucky for you and happy for you. Thanks for watching this video nonetheless. I hope it somehow opens up the idea to you that just because you don't see or experience the problem, doesn't mean it doesn't exist somewhere else. I have seen the horrors of it both personally and from the stories of women across the globe. I hate to break it to you but the biases are still here. 💔

@mitsuy9 ай бұрын
Hello, a Filipina maid or any other Filipinos / expats from other countries would definitely have a different perspective. I am not speaking on behalf of all Filipinos / expats here so it's possible for some of them to agree on some of my points or disagree. My responses are based my perspective, experiences and on the lense from which I see the world. We all experience things differently. 😊

I asked Bing AI "Can a freethinker believe in god?" The following is the result. Freethinking is not a monolithic movement and there is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. Some freethinkers may believe in God, while others may not. The philosopher Bertrand Russell knew that freethinkers do not impose the constraints of conclusions at the outset of their thinking; he insists that freedom of thought is a process, not an end. In summary, while some freethinkers may reject the idea of God, others may embrace it. It ultimately depends on the individual’s personal beliefs and values. Maybe Bing AI is wrong. Google and you are correct. Google > Bing.
