Hi Ashraf! You are right. I have recently come across a book tackling the entirety of the second brain and realised that I shouldn't have used the term loosely in my vid. But definitely not my intention to downgrade its meaning. Trying to learn more about it now so I can talk more about it in separate vids as well. :) Thanks for watching by the way!
