Keep it. It was the first saw I ever used back when I was 12 when my dad bought it to cut a poplarlimb the size of a small tree. It had sat in the garage since then. It was run on motomix, so it is fine.

Idk about the avant loaders... I worked for a company that owned one about 7 years ago and the front loading arm is definitely a weak point. we had a small snow plow for sidewalks and ended up torquing the arm bad enough that it had a permanent curve to it a few months later we were trying to remove a large armour stone from the back of a pickup truck and sheared the front arm right off. Like literally snapped . Now I'll definitely admit that we were abusing the crap out of that machine but I've abused alot of machines and have never encountered those kinds of failures I'm not nesicarly saying you shouldnt buy a avant but just be aware that it is a light duty machine and not a replacement for a skid steer
