I love local cuisine because it is an inseparable element of the culture of a given country, especially when Greek dishes are cooked by a native Greek. Culinary has always played an important role in our travels. Local products, spices, preparation and serving methods are specific to a given community. Indeed, there is diversity within it itself. So thank you to "The Smokin' Chef" for another inspiration. The only thing missing from the prepared delicacies is the divine Zorba with a spectacular scene of breaking plates, but maybe there will be time for that in the next episode. Greetings from Poland. Uwielbiam lokalną kuchnię, bo to nierozłączny element kultury danego kraju, tym bardziej gdy greckie dania gotuje rodowity Grek. W naszych podróżach kulinaria zawsze odgrywały ważną rolę. Miejscowe produkty, przyprawy, sposób przyrządzenia i podania są specyficzne do danej społeczności. Ba, a i w niej samej występuje różnorodność. Dziękuję więc "The Smokin' Chef" za kolejną inspirację. W przygotowywanych pysznościach brakuje mi tylko boskiej Zorby ze spektakularną sceną tłuczenia talerzy, ale i może na to przyjdzie w kolejnym odcinku czas. Pozdrowienia z Polski.

Absolutely and don’t think it’s necessary to have it at 400. It’s a phenomenal vegetarian dish! If you sprinkle with Feta cheese you’ll take it to another level! Enjoy!

Great dish Bill! I’ve made it a few times. Cioppino originates in San Francisco. In the 1930’s, Fishermen at the SF Wharf used all leftover seafood to make lunch for the workers. In Italy a similar dish is called Zuppa di pesce
