I never saw this! Hill Street Blues was the very best copshow on tv, with that iconic softtone theme.

In ogni intervista e’ sempre profondo, acuto e verbalmente forbito.

Joyce Davenport always had this look that she was going to bust out laughing--because half her work involved silly people. You can see Veronica Hamel has that humour she brought to the role.

There will never be anyone comparable to Claude Akins regarding what he did over his career. Years ago, I looked him up on the Internet and found out he had died and I was shocked. This is the kind of person that you want to live forever. Is numerous appearances on the twilight zone gunsmoke the big valley in Ameri of other roll that he took on oh I must mention bonanza as well. He could do anything you asked him to do with regard to acting. Claude Akins I hope I meet you in the afterlife. Peace.

i wish i could remember the mom and pop motel my mom and dad got every year for us in the early, late 80s.. i remember it being 2 stories, and the guy at the entrance lobby was the same guy every year and knew us. i remember he had mounted fish and game on the walls behind the desk. I loved the souvenir shops back then. I remember crying because i wanted a shark in the bottle before leaving pcb one year, and wanted to go up a tower i dont remember what it was.. but was closed even back then.

Wow thank you for posting but the interview itself was kind of cringey. I had second hand embarrassment. I’ve heard Dean in more recent interviews talk about how Melissa was very rude to him in the press back in the day (saying he’s the “hayseed” type and that he was unattractive). Seeing this interview I feel like I’m seeing it first hand, yikes. All these people in the comments like she’s such a wonderful person and a sweetheart, and yet in this interview she rolls her eyes about the onscreen marriage, she has no interest in letting him talk and speaks to him in a very patronizing way. It’s kind of bizarre. You can tell she has something against him. That said, I acknowledge she’s a kid, literally a teenager. But she doesn’t come across emotionally mature for her age at all. She’s not even picking up on the fact that the interviewer is trying to get her to let Dean speak.

We have all seasons here, our 15 year old loves it (we are in the second season) like I loved it when I was 15 back in the 80s. What it has in common with Taxi and Cheers is the warmth this show has. I do not see that in any series past 1990.
