We can’t hear anything

My modem is not showing any light red/green WiFi OK any ideas

I don’t want the app on my phone but I do want to programme the heating to come on and off from the wall mounted thermostat. Is there an instruction video for that?

Late to the party, but why when I've set all the timers on my programme and set it to auto does the heating come on anyway? I want the heating to come on at 6:30-8:30 and go off until 16:30-18:00 so i set this up and turn it to auto and the heating comes on? I'm losing the will with this device. Anyone help me out as this is ridiculous.

Here’s what the slider switch functions are OFF - always on MANUAL - always off AUTO - always on through summer and between 3am and 5am, and when you are not home PROG - always off

I'm having a problem with this thermostat where I am able to program it successfully, but at the end of a program interval it fails to either turn off/on if the temperature is above or below the new set temp for the next interval. It seems to happen randomly, and fails about 50% of the time.

"It won't produce below the economy temperature", what does that mean?

I have searched for hydronic heating maintenance specialist and radiator power flushing kits, with no luck. Only installers, but they don't know how to power flush sludge from radiators or what causes it. I need to DIY this but can't even find a power flush machine on Amazon. Can you help me with finding one in the US?

This thermostat is using a lot of battery power and every time you change the batteries, it needs re- programming. And it is not easy to do it. NOT very user friendly !!!

Salus have *STILL* not resolved the connection control issue between Alexa devices and the iT500 Receiver. This means that Alexa cannot control the heating, despite a number of negative comments about the *Alexa Skill* . This is *NOT* an Alexa issue, but needs a fix by SALUS. The primary problem is the inability to log on to the Salus system via the Alexa Skill. I wouldn't buy the iT500 until this is resolved by SALUS
