Podpłomyk - najstarsza forma chleba[1], rodzaj prymitywnego pieczywa w postaci małego placka przygotowanego z mąki i wody bez użycia drożdży oraz pieczonego na żarze[2] Nazwa podpłomyk pochodzi od wyrażenia przyimkowego pod płomykiem, wskazującego na sposób pieczenia. W średniowiecznych rękopisach zachował się także pierwszy krótki przepis na podpłomyki z 1471 roku spisany w języku polskim: Wesmy trzi myarky møky a zamyesszy, a vczyn potplomik chleba (subcinericios panes), czyli „Weźmy trzy miarki mąki a zamiesi, a uczyń podpłomyk chleba (subcinericios panes)”[5]. Podpłomyki przygotowywali dawni Słowianie, którzy jedli je jako dodatek do wszystkich potraw, tak, jak obecnie używa się chleba.

Może i facet pochodzi z Izraela, a le ja tu widzę Słowianina, chłop ma domieszkę genów słowiańskich, jak nic, ale w tym przypadku warto poznać historię Chazarów. W ogóle nie ma semickich rysów, dlatego jest piękny. W Polsce prawdziwy chleb pieczemy na zakwasie, jedynie mąka i woda, żadnych rodzynek. Pozdrawiam.

私の住んでいる町に、日本で一番古いイスラエル料理店が有りました…。 2024年の6月頃に、閉店してしまったのがとても残念😢 時期がくれば、再開するという話も有りますが、いつになるでしょうか…😅

The great attention of care and detail from the couple towards their customers is really heartwarming, resulting in a beautiful community who enjoy their excellent bread. I wish I could experience such joy myself. Also the intro preview was really well-done, I was amazed by how the cameraman and editor managed to capture the essence of the bakery, highlighting their delectable range of fresh bread and their efforts into creating such craft! Thank you for including English captions, as an international subscriber, it really helps me connect with your content while being able to learn from the bakers' experiences <3

お願いがあります。 ときおり雑音が大きすぎたりマスクで大切なお話が聞き取れず、字幕オフにしてもテロップが英語なのでストレスを感じる場面が少なくないです。 英語がいい人は字幕にすれば良いので、 テロップは日本語にしてほしいです。

Amazing!!Only one thing..the name of the shop is grammatically incorrect in French.Should be :"La meilleure Aile" which means the best wing."la mieux "doesn't exist in french.

His products remind me of a shop called "Pain Stock" (also in Fukuoka) Perhaps he was an apprentice of Chef 平山哲生.
