Woah. That's next level baking of the most difficult bread. Using contrex french spring water, was a jaw dropping start but this entire process was exceptional. I hope he competes in Milan Italy, this is bread making of the highest level. What an amazing video 👍 thanks so much for posting this. Tremendous and exceptional.

Frankly, I was amazed at how intricate the process was for making the panettone, from the water, to all the separate stages. I still think of panettone as more of a yeasted cake than bread . The dedication of this baker &, his team will surely bring great credit to them and Japan in November. I wish them well , all the other products looked delicious . As usual, with one of your delightful video's , I can feel my weight increasing 😂😂😂😂. Keep up the great work . Doumo Arigatou.
