He was such a lovable person. His enthusiasm kept me going doing his workouts! RIP Richard, you were a positive influence on me back in the day. I still do cardio every day and very happy these videos are on KZbin! 💜🙏🏼💜

That is so funny! Richard's mother in the police car tapping! He is so neat and also funny. That was a fun intro and cute way to discourage people from duplicating tapes. I had forgotten about such a thing back then. Like those FBI warnings. How cute!

19:49 was my favorite part growing up mom would stop and make cheesy tuna helper for me. then for some reason i would watch the girl in the green skirt on the floor in the video. i was young and i still don't know why

Summer of 96 my mom lost her job which was a blessing for her but she brought this tape and me and my brother used to workout with her every night. My dad worked the night shift but when he got home he would chuckle at us working out. In all good nature. My mom lost over 50 lbs, she ended up getting a new job that fall. But that was the best summer for me growing up, I was 8, and my brother was 10. Rest in Peace Richard.

I went on a cruise with Richard in 1999 and I can verify he is as nice in person as you see on television! He spent as much time needed with each person. I loved spending one on one time with him! A truly kind soul! RIP. I lost weight doing these videos and walking! In 3 months I had lost so much my fellow teachers didn’t recognize me when school started back! It worked!
