2020 was a horrible year for me, I lost my oldest son and I just absolutely did not care anymore. I found my self eating to fight the depression and gained a ton of weight.. I’ve decided that I get back in shape and found MR Simmons and I love him and his workouts l!!!! Thank you

That time in my life, my husband was pounding over and over to loose weight just because I was fat he had to drink. I was 5'6" 135lb. He abuse me mentally. Until I found Richard Simmons he helped me get the confidence I needed to not only loose weight fun but I was strong enough to leave my second husband for good!!!! THANK YOU! BIG SMILES......

I used to do all the Sweatin’ videos in the 90’s when I was in my 20’s. Lost 80 pounds (3 TIMES)...kept gaining it back! Just rediscovered these You Tube videos and have incorporated them into my workout routine. It’s harder now at age 55 with Kidney Disease, Diabetes and bladder removal! Certain body parts don’t move like this anymore, but I just improvise with moves I CAN do. I do aerobics, weight training toning, floormat ab-work, treadmill.....in various combinations for 57 minutes 4-5 times a week. I admit, there are days my muscles ache and my breath just isn’t there and I feel weak, and sometimes have to just quit for that day’s session, and it is really discouraging, but God just gives me strength for the next day, and I try my best EACH DAY! How is this a punishment dancing is fun do it now while you have the stamina and energy it’s a lot easier to get used to an exercise routine young than it is to start when you’re 100 overweight and almost 30 (I’m taking about myself not saying anything is wrong with you but it’s a lot harder to change when you get older)
