I think the most underrated band was Lillian Axe while Ron Taylor was on lead vocals. Theur 1st 4 albums r great. Great live performances too.

13 years since a full studio album? Safe to say new material is not a priority! And let’s face it..they’ve got enough material already to retire comfortably if they ever decide to! As far as sign of the hammer goes..who knows? Sometimes I think these re recorded albums are just recent live recordings of songs polished up to sound like studio recordings..I’m merely making an assumption..I’ll readily admit I very much could be wrong

Sad to see the podcast end, but this was a great way to end it! Favorite moments: The Best of Years episodes, the Big Happy Catchy Commercial songs episodes, and the interviews (Ted Poley, Stephen Pearcy etc.) 2025 Wish List: new music from John Sykes, and Vito Bratta makes his return. I highly doubt either happen but I can only wish. I look forward to more MetalKast music and any other projects you got going on, cheers Mike!
