Dieter predicts Pearsall will easily get 65 catches this coming season, without factoring in the 49es receiver room is already overcrowded especially with Jennings contract extension. Last season Aiyuk, Kittle, Samuel, CMC and Jennings combined for 286 catches while the rest of the offensive receiving targets got 50 catches. Is he implying that one or more of the aforementioned players will have a substantial drop off in production while the rest will have zero to a few catches?

Griese does a great job with the qbs. If Purdy gets hurt, we should be okay.

For a few games. Not for the playoffs.

That explains why Kittle had 4 yards receiving during SB LVIII.

Trey could have been a good Quarterback had they made an effort to coach to coach him up. He could have been Josh Allen.

Larry, what are your thoughts on what Grant is saying on social media? He says Dobbs is outperforming Purdy in OTAs. True or false? Is Grant trying to garner clicks?

We went and signed Trent in free agency. Why don't we value offense line play.

CMC and Aiuk are under contract, but are no shows at OTA's. So, let them walk. We'd save 12 + 28 M, $40 M per annum. Invest the savings unto the O line to protect Purdy. I'm so sick and tired of players who are under contract not showing up for work. You agreed to the original deal knowing the finacial circumstances of the deal. Show up in shape, and work out and lead by example. Ownership would probably feel compelled to pay you for showing up and working hard!! Let them walk..

Crapping on Purdy is literally a cottage industry. It literally makes these guys money to do it in the form of clicks. It’s big bucks. That’s it.

I love when good coaching staffs take gambles on players that are freak athletes and tough as nails but just don’t have the production in college. Usually works out well for both.

I know LaMonte is a fan favorite and one of our more consistent bats this season (also injured at the moment), but he’s not untouchable and his trade value might never be this high again… I would see how Toronto responds to an offer of; Wade, Schmitt, and Reggie Crawford, for Vlad and a prospect.

Practice is where you should be pushing the envelope. How do you know he "loves" the pass vs, thats the first read and Kyle wants to over the middle passes because it takes the sideline out as an extra tackler for more YAC. It's a strategy and metrics support it. You analysts need to go deeper and understand that QB tendencies aren't necessarily the reason for why they throw where they do. You need to understand the offense and the QB coach and the metrics to understand where those tendencies come from. It's not a coincidence that Garrapplo AND Purdy threw a lot over the middle in the 49ers offense. Be better.

Who gives a crap what these outside analysts think of Brock. We know the truth about what Brock is. And more importantly, Brock knows who and what he is and the people in that building know who and what he is. The rest is hype and noise. Whether it’s Chris Simms or Steven Ruiz or Robert Mays or some other rando analyst, these people are utterly irrelevant to what happens on a football field. Indeed, our fans are way more relevant to what happens than these dudes could ever hope to be.
