David szuchman is the epitome of crooked district attorney. I have personal information of his having filed fake grand jury indictment and colluded with public defenders ( legal aid society) to railroad scores of cases involving indigent defendants . with such a crook as Szuchman on panel I could reasonably raise questions about the ethical standings of the other panel members
