I love to see people doing something for their health. However this exercises, like all Chi Kung (Qi Gong) can also be done wrong and potentially be harmful. So how the exercises should be performed (and how not) is crucial. In my experience QI Gong can not be learned well from reading a book, his books are lovely to read some background, to remember exercises, but the real teaching and transmission is in person. And it takes some good corrections from a master / teacher to learn well. I feel it is wise to be careful in teaching others, as it might not be beneficial - and even harmful for them. This exercise is used as a warming up. We do the exercises quite differently. Take good care, warm greetings.
@5TibetanRitesMerisWayАй бұрын
Well, I appreciate your honesty. If you are so good in this field, you should start with some advice because people need help and a lot of knowledge. It is better to have some advice than no advice at all. And the books are written with a purpose if there is no practice, then why are they? ( I just put it like it is in the book, and whoever would like to know more can read it in the book; that is why I put the link there) If you are concerned about the exercise, then make your own version and send it to me I will be glad to put that video on my channel...best greetings, take care

@@5TibetanRitesMerisWay Thank you for your reply, and positive reaction. I am training for more than 20 years with master Lam (Lam is his family name) and stil learn a lot from him, as the exercises are really profound, and a good teacher adapts them to the need of that person, and depending on the level of training, and if it is for health or martial. A book is giving some basic general guidelines, there is too much to know even about one exercise to put it into a few sentences. It takes personal contact to see the person performing the exercise and to see if they apply the correction well. To teach somebody what is safe to teach in what way for an individual student. I teach online private classes if you like to find out, welcome. Also the Lam association is teaching weekly online classes, if you are interested in this art, that would be really good to take their classes. Learning this art well takes patience, it is not about knowing the external movement. The bodyshape, posture and movement is the foundation to start with, but there is much more. Normally I would not react to other people's postings, unless it is about my teachers way, and I see a risk for harm done, but I have no way to send you a private message here. My apology for posting in public. This art can not be learned from a book, to become a teacher takes at least years and daily training. It really is very profound.Take good care!

Having got this far, do you think someone could keep fit and trim and maintain muscle tone by just using the 5 Tibetans? Unfortunately arthritis prevents me from doing rite 2, but I can do the others. Thanks for your videos.
@5TibetanRitesMerisWayАй бұрын
Yes, I do think that everyone can get fit and trim and maintain muscle tone by using the 5 Tibetan Rites. Some advice to lower or even make arthritis go away: include 1-2 tsp Flax seed daily and also a lot of antioxidants, beta carotene (from carrots), especially vitamin C, from fruits and vegetables to boost your immune system... look up for this book I think can help you it is called: Extraordinary Healing from Art Brownstein. MD...Keep practicing 5 Tibetan Rites because they can help you in so many ways...When you make yourself strong, you can try with the 2 Rite. Start slowly, with 3 repetitions, and keep them as long as you are comfortable then, you can increase as you get better and better. Hope this can help you. You're welcome🙂

Well, I am so glad to motivate you. You can take breaks as much as you like, but you can also choose to do the 5 Tibetan Rites. It's a choice. When you do the 5 Tibetans, you can release any stagnant energy and blockages and increase the Energy in your body so you can feel emotionally stronger and stronger each day, practice makes perfect (if you feel dizziness after Rite#1, lay down and cover your eyes with your hands this will help to go away quickly)😉

@5TibetanRitesMerisWay8 ай бұрын
Yes, you will lose weight if you practice 5 Tibetan Rites every day, you can skip one day or two but continue with practice. Balance your diet, so your body gets the nutrition and also feels good in the process. On the 28th of this month, I am going to post a video where I read from the book "Ancient Secret of Fountain of Youth" about the Lamas diet they have basic rules about food that are important to know, like do not mix protein and starch. My advice to you is: Start practicing 5 Tibetan Rites and see for yourself how easy they are to do and how powerful they make you feel. Enjoy your day.😘

@5TibetanRitesMerisWay Жыл бұрын
👏👏👏Congratulations, Bravo, if you are increasing the 5 Tibetan Rites every week then try to do 13 reps for a month, and then they will become easier because your body will get used to it, do the 15 reps for a month, and so on till 21 reps, you will get there keep up going, (listen to your body, if you need: maybe you can skip one day to recover but no more then one). So happy for you. Keep up the 5 Tibetan Rites because they can make miracles with your body and in your life.🙂❤

@@5TibetanRitesMerisWay I read about the Rites in Yoga Journal. I was young and super fit. They said to do 21 reps. I did 100 just for the heck of it. Not difficult at all.
