The airbox and engine cover were already off the car so the only thing i really had to remove was the battery tray. Good luck with it....it was a pain in the ass to get out on jack stands. I also loosened the subframe to lower everything just that little bit more. A lot of the guides say to remove the transmission mounting plate with the thread but i could not for the lif of me get a tool on the 3rd bolt which made it super difficult. Again if you could remove the bolt then it is easy.

I own the same 180 hp VTS too with same creme leather interiour. Was VERY expensive in 2005 ( in Netherlands) This series of the C4 is very reliable. This VTS too and technically very advanced for a 2005 car. Have had little troubles although electrics/ fusebox is a misery with frech cars. Always has been , especially Citroëns. But am Citroën addict since 1980 " Citrophile"they call it in Europe " My 3rd C4 Coupé after first a C4 Coupé VTR+ 1.6 and in between a C4 Coupé 1.4 which I sold very fast as the engine is too small for this car. Previous owner took the VTS regularly to the Nurburgring in Germany to race there and thats where the VTS feels at its best😛😛👌👌. Cause full torque is given at over 6000 RPM when variable valve timing gives its full 177 hp. It has a very loooong first gear , enough to leave behind VW Golf GTi's hehehe🥰🥰

Hey mate. I actually already sold it late last year. The shockworks are absolutely mad. I love them and want to put them on every car going forward. Glad to say with a polish and ceramic coat the car looks 1000 times better. Great pick up. I believe the fuse blowing up is simply because of the taped and twisted hot wire job. You can see that in Ep. 1 i believe.
