I LOVE Trunks in real life and in Miniatures! I wish, I would have such a perfect place under a stair for a collection! They came out great and very stabil, I like that- it's too bad, when your Miniatures are breaking while you deal with them!

To be honest I didn’t expect them to be so sturdy🫣 I think using frozen food packaging helped (it’s much thicker than cereal box) and having the fabric inside and the dryer sheet from the outside helped a lot, you know you could always turn your dollhouse attic into storage space for old trunks😁

@ Thank you Mary 🥰 You can!! cut your paper, you just need to put something heavy on the paper and use a sturdy ruler/ new craft blade and don’t force it just keep at it until you get to the end, the minute you put force it starts to shift 🤗 hope this helps you 💗

Maybe it’s because this is the first time in my life that I get flashes and ideas from the universe that just flowed through me without any planning 😬 my normal process for crafting is I need to make some thing for this corner or this spot and I try figuring it out and seeing what I have and how I can make my vision or whatever come true, but with the tree of life it was a completely different experience 😁 Now I’m looking forward to having more messages and images come through me from the universe 😆

@ That’s so cool! Believe it or not I craft by the seat of my pants almost all the time. It’s thrilling and keeps it from getting boring. At least for me. Even when I sit down with graph paper I have an idea and just starting drawing and erasing. Lots of earasing LoL. I think it builds your creativity. Glad you had fun and look forward to more! ❤️

I've been learning how to make miniature pans of food with hot glue, aluminum foil , plastic packaging.. for my 2 secondhand dollhouses I got off facebook marketplace recently. excited to begin ..brain swimming with ideas ....AND build my Gnome Home like you taught me! Pretty ambitious of me..hahaha! Maybe a little too ambitious..time will tell.. 😄😄

My popsicle sticks are nearly the same size- but they came all with a bend!😂So before using them I have to water them and pressing them flat...🙄That incorporated shelves came our really cute and practical!

I tried making the flames from hot glue, but I tried using acrylic paint, which didn't work. I never thought to use fingernail polish, so maybe I will try again.

@@kymdixon8083 Hi Kym 😃 you made me so happy reading that you have been binge watching 💗💕 I was hoping I could upload every week but since I came to the cabins early May I haven’t left😅 and Jasmine‘s house is back home far from the cabins, we have had guests coming every day ( Airbnb), so I decided to post one video per month until I get back home in November and work on Jasmine‘s house again, because I only have four or five more videos ready😅, I posted a few photos on my community tab that lately, I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to do any crafting at all🥴 I challenged myself with this project to use everything most households have and believe me it has not been easy 😆

I loved watching you experiment with your new technique! I would have freaked out seeing all that smoke coming out hahaha. I was much less braver than you, and just did a whole lot of egg carton paving around my house. But your experiments have given me a few ideas to think about. Also I am very glad to hear I am not the only one who sometimes starts too many things at once and then getting left with the struggle of how and when to edit it all lol. It's hard when the creative urge hits and there is a lot to do!

@@nessiemonstercrafts Hi Nessie, I knew that smoke was going happen but not that much, I saw this technique on some home plastic renovation projects and it gave me the idea to make the stones, but I don’t think I’ll be making them again anytime soon 🥴 just too much work 😬 I had to zoom in a lot to hide the whole room and only show the stones because I got carried away and did many things all at once 🥴😂 Next video is better I promise 😄

Well, while the stones look good, there are other ways to make stones much faster, less messy, and way safer. Experimenting with different methods can be fun and interesting, but I don't think I'll be trying this one. I don't have a respirator, and they are expensive! But I'm looking forward to seeing your wood floor! And I'm still hoping that you will one day show us how you did your background wall. It's amazing!

How do you know the mask protects you from the fumes?

@@marilyn5208 The one I have protects me from polyurethane stains and those fumes don’t go away for quite some time, and as I said I leave the room for half an hour with open windows and a fan, and I work as fast as I can to reduce the time I’m in the room, I hope this helps you 😊 like I said it’s much safer to do it outside and not indoors
