Probably the best pure music live band I ever saw. And I saw all the bands in the 70’s and 80’s. My last show was 1993 at William and Mary featuring Nirvana. I vowed to never see another live show after that nightmare of a show. Grunge destroyed rock and roll in a very bad way.

Saw these guys in the 70’s before they became pop. Best live show played and sang just like the album, I closed my eyes and just listened. When they became pop younger kids asked if I had heard of them? I pulled out one of my worn through albums REO a decade of Rock n Roll. Fired it up they were stunned.

I saw this very concert tour when they played in San Antonio ,Texas, at the Hemisphere Arena 😊 I was 18 at the time in high school at Lanier Voks. Those were the times when Rock was real. 😊 The Hemisphere Arena they performed in is no more. Got replaced by the Alamo Dome 😅

What an emotion-invoking song!!! Hard to believe it celebrates its 40th Year Anniversary this month. This REO SpeedWagon hit will always be honored by new generations and genres! This 2010 Concert in Minnesota was unbelievable!
