epithelial also means "outer layer of a body's surface" but isnt this epidermis? epithelial etymology says layer above nipple? but i dont see any layers from nipples. but maybe i see my lip skin have layer, then is it epidermis or epithelial layer that protects the lip epidermis ?

I can not help but think that sleeping "hot" or warm is better for metabolism... maybe I am wrong, but it seems cold store energy and hot releases energy...
