Just stumbled across your channel today. I noticed you haven’t uploaded in seven months, but I still subscribed so I would be notified in case you return. I hope you do, because I was so happy I finally found a builder who not only suits my style, but who also has a pleasing voice, and doesn’t use ‘like’, ‘basically’ and/or ‘obsessed’ as the bulk of their vocabulary. Really cute build!! How did you play with this? Did you design a “family” of seniors to love here and include the nurse? Or did you use a mod?

I just made a family of seniors to live here. I did include a nurse. In my everyday play, I usually just make a nurse and an elder sim or two with some space left in the househild incase I want to place some of my elder sims there when their kids move out or their spouses pass away so that they don't have to live alone.

AMAZING BUILD but i have a question that when you dowload the childbirth mod do you have to instal your hospital in magnolia where the old hospital was once placed?!

Yes. I have this lot on the gallery (make sure you check the box to show CC) and you can place it where the in-game hospital is.. the Pandasma mod items are already ready to go for you once you place it as long as you have the mod installed!

You need Get to Work. You use a sim and have them travel to the hospital lot (it's in a hidden world) and then add it from build mode.

Make sure you have the Show CC option on when seaching the gallery. That might be why it's not showing up for you.

Can’t wait to turn this into rental units. My sims would leave one trailer to go use the bathroom or cook in another. It was a hot mess. 🤣

Yess! I love making multiple houses on one lot but playing on them can be so frustrating! I will be excited to have sims stay in their own homes for a change!

Ok.. I just went into my catalog and showcased the build, so if you make it to my Gallery page it should be the first one displayed there for you. It's exact name on the Gallery is Romance Novelists Cottage. I hope that helps and that you are able to find it!!

Omg! I love using curtains like the ones in the lounge room, but I always hated having the huge obvious gap between the rods! Your idea of using the wall decoration is amazing!!! I’m stealing that idea for my next build!! The house in general is just so cozy and cute!
