AMAZING BUILD but i have a question that when you dowload the childbirth mod do you have to instal your hospital in magnolia where the old hospital was once placed?!

Yes. I have this lot on the gallery (make sure you check the box to show CC) and you can place it where the in-game hospital is.. the Pandasma mod items are already ready to go for you once you place it as long as you have the mod installed!

Thank you! If you have the mod, when you're browsing the item catalog type pandasama in the search bar and they should all come up for you!

You need Get to Work. You use a sim and have them travel to the hospital lot (it's in a hidden world) and then add it from build mode.

If you have the Pandasama childbirth mod then you are all good to go, I use no other CC!

Oh! Make sure you have the 'show custom content' tab checked while you're looking!

If you go to my catelog in the gallery make sure the "include custom content" box is ticked. That might be why it's not showing up for you.
