I’m a horrible sleeper. I toss around a lot and I don’t sleep on my side fully, more on a 45° angle. Pillows go flying off my bed and not to mention I hate feeling so many things around me when I sleep because I gt hot easily. I’m in big trouble.

I also can't sleep, even using pillows cause in my case, before pregnancy, I was not sleeping just in a baby position like I need to do now. Before, my hips rotated a little bit and my legs wouldn't be touching each other like now. So for me at the moment it's being really hard to deal with the pain on my legs and glutes ( it's not sciatic but muscles pain) just because they have now the weight of each leg. Don't know what to do anymore to have a good night sleep. At 5am the latest I wake up and that's it. Sometimes go to the living room so my husband can still rest. Ps. I'm on my 24th week and a few days.

Was the patient pronating or supinating as I can see a pes cavus on the arch? Was the patient a hyperlaxity case and makes his feet pronates?

Maternity pillow helped relieve my lower back pain. But I've been suffering from hip pain since the start of 3rd trimester (32 wks now)...will definitely try this tonight 😃
