Glutes are commonly exercised together with the opposite side. Isolating individual sides is a great way to ensure each are getting an adequate workout and we aren’t letting our strong side do all the work.
Having one side stronger then the other can lead to various complications due to imbalances left vs right. The Bulgarian split squat not only provides strength 💪 but also balance and control. Body weight is a great start but once mastered get ready to start increasing that load with dumbbells, barbells or kettlebells.
