Mods are only available on PC, unfortunately. But Nascar Heat 4/5 is great if you're on PS4.

Dirt to Daytona still the best racing sim for single player career mode... by far. iRacing is the best to do online and you can't cry about the costs because it delivers, and don't ask much more than an entry level FFB wheel (all sims are like it). NR2003 still is a good game... better physics than DtD, but not as good AI and career mode... still have a few players doing online leagues, but you can't properly enjoy it without a FFB wheel (at least not in the online leagues). Almost everything else in this list is just crap games made for people that really don't understand NASCAR or don't like it for real (the case of Days of Thunder fans, folks that are there just for the accidents or people with strong anxiety/attention spam issues, that is basically 90% of gamers today)

The only complaint I have with this list is that for NASCAR Heat 4 and 5, you forgot to mention that you can also race in the Xfinity Series and Truck Series. Other than that, awesome list!

@@RacingXTV thanks but unfortunately the new Sony accessibility controller is absolutely useless and I completely joke if you just have the use of one hand like I have plus it doesn’t even have a turbo feature. So I’ll ask the same question 😂

Idk that I'd agree we even have 25 MUST play Nascar games in existence. I think 1/4 to 1/2 this list would be where I'd draw the line. Can't believe you didn't include Nascar Dirt to Daytona though! It's a good quick list but some titles I wish you covered a little more. For example, Tony's racing game was not a great experience IMO, you basically never turn right, and it's supposed to be a dirt racing experience funded by a dirt racing legend. It also has almost no damage. Also feel like you did the original Nascar Heat a little dirty by showing the console version. The PC version was a pretty solid title. I've been modding Nascar Thunder 2004 this year, and a small community has formed around it, so there is even more reason to play it these days.

Lol the title was just designed to be a bit clickbaity, I'll admit that. And regarding Dirt to Daytona, it isn't available on PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1, or Switch, that's why it's not here. And regarding the Tony Stewart's game, well, it's an oval racing game, of course you're going to turn left only lol. But thanks for the comment!

DtD should still be on the list. You have NT2004 where the pc version was terrible and not the game you showed. The Tony Stewart game is a DIRT oval game, you should have to turn right/countersteer.

I'm just saying a couple of games you missed are both on Roblox, NASCAR Game, and RoStock Racing. And this is for the Ro-Racers on Roblox wanting a good NASCAR game on Roblox especially while we're waiting on iRacing's NASCAR 25 game, and speaking of which.... Don't forget about World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing, and the newly released World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing 24.

I suggest Beamng , asseto corsa , and american truck sim as these games do NOT requre you to spend hours grinding and instead spend hours finding your favorite mods to make it better

Would be fun to have a bike game with offroad physics like that Snowrunner game. But in openworld multiplayer game where you can also walk like in gta5. Days gone comes close tho but not a fan to constantly watch for zombies. Didn't death stranding have motor?

What you're looking for are probably dirt bike/motocross games, but sadly you can't get off your bike and walk. And to think about it, what would be the game about? I mean, offroading with a motorcycle in an open world setting? It's just too niche I think.
