Drinking reverse osmosis water and / or water distilled by any means is perfectly fine for most people. We obtain plenty of minerals and electrolytes by eating food. It does not have to be supplied in the water we drink.

I don't have any insider info, I did hear about the upcoming terrifs a little while ago, but after seeing how much prices have dropped for solar and batteries in the last few years, I definitely don't see them going down anymore no matter what happens. I'm in no position to build a large system but I bought a couple small panels and a LifePO4 battery with the money I had from extra hours I worked. Can always buy more later, or just settle with building something small with what I have if prices skyrocket past what I'll pay.

The fundamental principle of capitalism is competition the fundamental principle of Communism is centralized control. Tariffs that are put in place by both Democrats and Republicans. It's just another example of their failure to work for the people, but rather how they work for Big Oil limiting competition by increasing prices. Putting tariffs on solar panels in EVS is absurd. People should be outraged should be contacting their senator's and representatives. Independence for all!

@@CountryLivingExperience Agreed. There is not a product, good or service in this country that oil doesn't profit from. I have never seen a display of such dishonesty and greed as I have in the last 8 years. The one thing that will stop inflation in its tracks is competition. Show me anything that is inflated and I'll show you a competitor and it will stop inflation in its tracks...Not raising the interest rates (Just a money grab for the banks). We the people have to fix this. Anyway thanks for posting a great video and getting at the root cause of the problem. I hope you reach millions of people.

Putting solar panels on the roof is stupid and a recipe for a headache. Not everyone has lots of land for ground mount solar panels. What if solar panels are elevated above ground on an open frame structure so space below solar panels are still useful? What are the best ways to build these open frame structure?
@CountryLivingExperience
@CountryLivingExperience 17 сағат бұрын
I agree panels on a roof are a bad idea. I recommend getting out of the city to a country property first and then you will have land to put a ground mount. There are many ways to build a structure that will work for you....it will be a case by case basis based on your needs.

Tariffs are outrageous taxes in disguise as protection. Tariffs are propaganda the government use to tax its people to funnel that money into the pockets of rich and powerful corporations controlling the government. Your racism against China is exploited to enslave you to the elites controlling the government. The more you blame China, the more you enslave yourself to the rich elites. What if Americans vote out the two corrupt parties responsible for enslaving Americans to the evil elites? What if we vote RFK, Jr?

I would buy some panels from Signature Solar, but… the freight fees were half the cost of the panels. I think my only option to not overpay on panels is to buy local, so I can pick them up. About tariffs on panel, so how is that going to work, with a glut of solar already there? I saw that far less panels were actually produced in China than I thought. Sure, they may be a Chinese connected company, but panels made in south Asian countries are not technically China. So I wonder if this is really going to make that much of a difference?
@CountryLivingExperience
@CountryLivingExperience 18 сағат бұрын
I totally understand. Freight is pretty expensive. I am blessed to live near Sig Solar. The tariffs will probably completely stop the flow of new panels because of the expense. When the existing glut is run through, any new panels coming in will be twice the price that they were. Unless in that short period of time we can ramp up production.....but those will be expensive with our labor costs. They may get around it like you said. A Chinese company with a plant in Vietnam could technically get around the tariffs......theoretically.

@@CountryLivingExperiencelucky to live near a distributor like that! The thing is here in California, with the NEM 3 adjustments and high loan rates, it tanked solar installers. But.. I’m surprised how approachable Solar is from a DIY perspective if you are willing to roll up your sleeves. I’m guessing we’ll see a new batch of apparently “non-Chinese” solar companies appear out of nowhere. Haha. Question, I’m looking at a ground mount setup, adding some IronRidge rails to some posts. Do you have any rail equipment suggestions?

If you want to keep the panels lower to the ground, I have had a great experience with the EG4 Brightmount system. I did a few videos on it and I think it is an amazing price. Sig Solar also has a few new options like the Chiko mounts that have an optional ground screw instead of using concrete. Here is the link to it....signaturesolar.com/chiko-usa-groundflex-u2v-solar-panel-ground-mount-kit-large-module-version/?ref=countrylivingexperience

That's a naive ideology. Offshore manufacturing of everything encourages manufacturers to move jobs and factories offshore. The companies then lobby to avoid tariffs so we lose US jobs, tax base from jobs and factories, we educate other countries workforce and also transfer wealth offshore. This guy's rant is so short sighted. China undervalued it's currency artificially. It's foolish to let other countries do all the export. It undermines America to let China dump goods while giant corporations make gobs of money yet America citizens watch the middle class get crushed. Made in China profits communism. It's an exodus of wealth like we've never seen
