Yes this looks amazing indeed!! Thanks for sharing!! And yes need to make this beforehand if possible, possibly could freeze the initial bit and make the last addition with sweetcorn to combine just before eating it 🤔

Get in the habit of flipping your knife over when you drag it across the cutting board. You won't ruin the knife edge that way when you use the back of the knife.

@@nannaa125 No, you should never wash chicken. You can’t wash away the bacteria, it has to be cooked out. All you’re doing is spreading bacteria all over your sink/kitchen for nothing.

Oops- thought I already responded. You can’t wash the bacteria off of chicken, you have to cook it out. So all you’re doing when you wash chicken is spreading bacteria (possibly salmonella) all over your sink and kitchen. There’s no point to it.
