Vou começar a praticar hoje, e conforme for passando o tempo vou atualizar pra vcs durante 1 mês. Atualmente estou pesando 63,80 Quero chegar em 55 ou 50 kg Dia 1- consegui fazer completo, não achei difícil.

Alhamdulillah..... After C-section, I had a huge bulging belly that used to have two feet (approx) distance from my butt to the belly tip. Started following Emma- prefering her to the other Zumba experts- 1) Had that football belly reduced a lot.. 2) Upper arm reduced, upper butt thickness shrunk.. 3) diastasis recti back in place almost... 4) fat thigh to decent thigh 5) Gained a lot agility All of these helped with my severe leg pain that had to carry that bulging belly and overweight! These days, I have stopped doing it out of lazyness but still that football doesn't come back that much... Agility is still a lot better... Anyway, started doing it again. Insh-Allah I will try these frequently again !!!

Día 10, ya tengo más resistencia! Me siento genial, con más ánimo, cada día tengo ganas de hacer los ejercicios y no me aburro. Siempre agrego 10 o 20' de estiramiento, es muy importante tener elasticidad para no lastimarse. Ánimo, no se den por vencidas! Abrazos desde Argentina❤❤❤

Im loving these workouts! Much preferred to the more recent ones. Its like being part of the class, seeing the familiar faces in each workout, and I actually like the imperfect nature of them, its much more relatable. i love the energy of the instructor, she always makes me smile through the sweat!
