As of 17th December 2024, this video is partially blocked in certain regions, enforced by KZbin on behalf of copywriters through new legislation. Some parts may not have sound. This is beyond my control. Cheers.

This band made some really iconic hits, the first lineup of members was gold. They may have not been perfect, but thats what made them unique and talented. Although, they had already done so much together, they still could have done so much more. I just love this band so much, yes they were wild crazy, angry, but they were passionate and good at what they did, they all brought something special to the band.

Ohhhhhhhh ...I get it, now! 🙆‍♂️ Izzy left Gunners + the drug/party lifestyle.. and went off -riding trailbikes in the desert, backpacking in Europe - in pursuit of finding himself again. He was doing _"Eat, Pray, Love"* ... He was trying to find his __*_Ju-Ju . . ._* And, once he found a like minded group of laid back, un-ego'ed muso's... Ergo . . . the *_Ju-ju Hounds!_* They all were in pursuit of their soul's equilibrium... not their bodily base desires, but their spirits' needs : spiritual nourishment. They were not drug hounds... or fame hounds. Sex or money hounds... They were Ju-Ju hounds. 😌 Edit: oh, I see they say the name's origin at 1:11:00 ish... I don't care!! My reason is the correct answer.....for me!! 😝

O.G. line-up *_is_* Guns 'n' Roses !! 👊 Axl! 👊 Slash! 👊 Duff! 💥👊 Izzy!! 💥👊 Steven 💥👊Adler!!! And like a finely tuned V12 Ferrari engine...it needs all of its' component parts to run at full ferocity. 🤷‍♂️ It'll still run...if you swap out a part or two with aftermarket, offbrand replacement parts...but only the original components can deliver peak performance. And.... eventually, once several parts have been replaced...how much of it is still a Ferrari engine at all...??

Thanks for the comment, mate and I'm glad you enjoyed. Just for context regarding the surfing videos: Surfing was one of the things Izzy took up during his break from GN'R. It leads on from Alan Niven describing what he was getting up to. With the greatest of respects, nothing was random about this video ;) Thanks again, dude.

@@AyewisDocumentaries hey, sorry, random was a poor word choice on my part. I’m a surfer and guitarist myself, and I thought the surf clips were just so high performance, makes one think Izzy is some ripping pro ha. I think some dude riding a longboard in California would have been closer to the mark, but being a surfer myself I’m probably the only person who thought this. Regardless I really enjoyed the video. I’m a big fan of Izzy, he’s so cool and talented. Peace ✌️

There are so many lies about the rock and roll life. Sex, drugs, a one way street to hell. Jesus forgives, heals and fills that hole through his grace, truth, repentance asking gfor forgiveness for our sins. If we are lucky we give our life to jesus christ as our lord and saviour. Its by his grace paying the price and jesus rising from the dead. John chapter 3 verse 16 is so true. Ive been backslidden 50 years but he has always been there. The only way to eternal life is through jesus grace. Repent believe in him as saviour and lord, say ive sinned, i apologise, youve paid the price for my sin on the cross and risen from the dead. I accept you and believe in you as the way, truth and life. I ask you to forgive me and accet me as my lord and saviour. Fear him, respect 10 commandments. His holy spirit changes us, heals us gives joy, peace love forgiveness. God bless you all. I love you all and can only say the truth. Jesus is the best thing thats ever happened to this 63 year old sinner. He is the way, truth and life. He never will let us down. All praise and glory to him . God bless you all. ❤

I have true hope in him. I thank him for every day and in 2016 i wanted to not be here. I started to thank god for every day and im grateful even on the worst days, his grace, truth is the way, truth and life however his word is totally true in the bible. I had 50 years into hedonism, lies, drugs, i was broken for 50 years, how great is jesus.. Money, carnal life isnt the answer. Jesus is the real deal the only way.. Take it from me.. A guy trying to be humble, honest true, a total sinner but his grace is now everything to me. True hope, my faith is in him and im so grateful to him. God bless you all. He really is the way, truth and life. Pray, tell him honestly your fears. He always hears us. ❤

Absolutely. Raw, raunchy, hip swinging and brutally honest rock n fuckin roll. It was what was needed exactly at the time. My first time seeing them was right before they released Appetite. No clue who they were. But after that performance they had become my favorite band. Their Live show was complete debauchery. Like the album, it was fucking loud, raw and in your face. Although Slash was having challenges standing up, he still killed it. And like all the General Admission concerts back in the day, me and my crew were front and center at the stage. Unforgettable.

Izzy is clearly a talented musician but GNR was the sum of it's parts, for a few brief years. They all made GNR such an awesome band. On it's own, his music was musically very good but it didn't have the same force as when he was teamed up with the rest of the band. After UYI toured, I remember feeling that it was all about to come apart. I knew nothing then like we know now. Relying on some magazines and MTV etc. Adler was gone, Izzy was gone, Izzy had a solo album, Duff had a solo album. It was like I didn't want them to be successful solo artists because it would mean the end of something else that was bigger than all of them. Sadly it came to pass and we can only be appreciative that this group of guys were together making music for 6 or 7 years and none of them are dead!! It's remarkable that the reunion band has been back together for so long and yet they haven't created any new music of note. Certainly gives weight to the belief that they can't write the music without Izzy and also Stephen. You also need to remember that their life circumstances, that was the fuel for their raw music, have vastly changed. You can't fake that energy and bad ass attitude. They are still a very good gig to go and see but it's very different to them in their heyday.
