This is a lovely video of a sweet old man. It has NOTHING to do with making wine, except for the grapes getting hurt. No pitching yeast? No brix measurements? Aging in glass not oak?? Wine ready in a month....a MONTH!! LOLOL 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂😂 No preservatives to prevent bacteria growth? No mallolactic fermentation? This isn't winemaking; this is grapecrushing. The 'wine' will be spoiled by easter. Winemaking is an art. Some people know there is a better way to do something, but they can't be bothered to learn it. I could spend 3 hours with this guy and improve his 'beverage' (I can't even call it wine) 500%.

All that is missing is the wine tasting with the Panini.

But there is a reason why a good portion of the “wedding” is all women. It’s better if it’s not recorded because a lot of them are hijabis.

I've watched this video over and over, and used it to make my own wine that turned out ok. Does your nono's wine turn out well each year, relying only on natural yeast? My guess is it does, but curious if there have been any 'off' years or problems like hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg smells), etc. Thanks and I vote as well for Part 2 (aging and bottling of the wine)!
