Say what you want about Elon, but the iterative process works. The first time, all they wanted was to get it off the pad. It did that. This time it got to space, and separated. Give it another iteration or so, and it will be ready for full unmanned missions, and shortly after that a full crew. This mission was an absolute win.

Not a big deal. The crew will always tell you to rush, even if there is no rush. Of course you should do it but seriously not a big deal.
