@BLRTUNING
@BLRTUNING 7 күн бұрын
No we do not have a video on how to remove the ECU. The main ECU is up in the front fairing area. The reason we don't have a video on how to remove the ECU is because on these bikes specifically we have to have them in person to be able to flash the ECU. We have to plug directly into the bike. As Woolwich racing does not offer cables for it yet to plug into the ECU itself.

Awesome video BILL! Those clamps will work but with spring clamps they look a bit more OEM and auto adjusts tension for temperature changes. The brass is a bit DIY/industrial looking yet with that caliber bike putting color matching An fittings will make it stealthier or pop more. Over all that's a good kit!
@BLRTUNING
@BLRTUNING 8 күн бұрын
Thanks for stopping by the KZbin channel and subscribing. Yes AN fittings would look better however twice the price. Spring clamps would look great however challenging to remove and in some scenarios not reusable. Also more expensive. I would say for most people this kit will work just fine. Considering we sold out and they are now on back order within the first hour of the video being launched. We are excited to be able to bring this kit to the public as nothing like this exists on the market. We wanted to make it available and we wanted to make it affordable. I think we accomplished what we were going after.

Bro you make it seem so easy but on a brand spanking new 0 miles bike that hasn’t been touched it does not come out that easy according to how you “show” us how to do. Literally putting so much pressure to take it out I snapped the fender. You need to let new viewers know that it’s not as easy as it looks unless you’ve already done it before and have worked out the plastic. If not it’s not coming out.
@BLRTUNING
@BLRTUNING 10 күн бұрын
Some come apart easier than others that's for darn sure. I've worked on some that are in there and stuck really good and I've worked on others that come out pretty easy. You have to make sure you undo those two bolts on the bottom before you do anything. You can either remove the fender or remove the wheel to get to those two lower bolts that hold the fender light in.

Bro what would happen if I dont use servo buddy. Would it cause check engine?
@BLRTUNING
@BLRTUNING 12 күн бұрын
Yes it will throw a check engine code. I've seen it do two things. I've seen it throw a check engine code and nothing else. Everything still working fine just to check engine light on the dashboard. I've also seen it through a check engine code and not let you come out of whatever mode you had it in when you turned the key on. For example if you had it in sport mode when you turn the key on and it throws the check engine light it may end up not being able to come back out of sport mode until you resolve the check engine light. I would not advise turning the key back on with the servo disconnected. We can flash the ECU if we have the bike in person. We are located in Vancouver Washington. Unfortunately you cannot mail this ECU into us. The other option would be a servo buddy. A servo buddy can be purchased online at multiple places including Brock's performance. Serebel buddy is the cheap fix. You remove the servo and the motor and everything and then plug in the servo buddy to the plug where the motor was plugged in before.

Went totally psycho while I was sitting at a stoplight. Revved uncontrollably. I swerved to the left to avoid the Jeep grand Cherokee in front of me, then ended up bottomed out straddling on the median. Had that median not been there…… I would’ve headed straight into oncoming traffic. I’m guessing it got fucking wet somehow.

We've tested this new product from Dynojet in the pouring down rain, in the snow, and out in the hot sun. We have not seen one fail yet. That is literally why they created this product for the ryker. These throttle commanders that they make were originally designed for side by sides where they deal with lots of heavy mud, sand, snow, all types of different weather. I have them on sale right now on my website. I have them in stock. We ship anywhere in the US. www.blrtuning.co/products/dynojet-throttle-commander-for-can-am-ryker
@Doomfreak90
@Doomfreak90 15 күн бұрын
Yeah, it’s pretty unfathomable that Pedal Commander could even consider putting something “not waterproof” on a motorcycle without creating an alternative version first. I’m glad that someone finally did it, and I know that Dynojet is pretty reputable. Plus, really like the idea of a clickable dial, as opposed to electronic push buttons. Not to mention the fact that you can’t even see the indicator light half of the time on the PC.
@BLRTUNING
@BLRTUNING 15 күн бұрын
@Doomfreak90 another awesome feature is that if you find a setting that you really like you can turn the dial and leave it at that setting. Then unplug the dial all together. The throttle commander will stay at whatever setting you put it at. You can also get creative and drill a hole through the plastic somewhere and just have that little knob sticking out of the actual plastic on the bike. Lots of different possibilities with this device.

Hi,,, the 400 is an open loop system, from start up to fully hot it stays open loop running off pre programmed info and using the pressure sensor for adjusting which is understood from OL that the O2 sensor is ignored and the ECU is going outside to find out what to do with fuel,,,, when would you say the 400 goes closed loop?,,,,because from my understanding it never goes into closed loop,,,,thanks.👍
@BLRTUNING
@BLRTUNING 20 күн бұрын
Closed loop using the O2 sensor for fuel mapping is done from RPM ranges zero, idle, all the way out till almost 8000 RPM. Acceleration almost up to 80% throttle at the hand grip. All of that area in the fuel map is using the O2 sensor to determine whether it is running lean or rich based on a 14.7 AFR or lambda 1.0 stoichiometric value... Everything outside those ranges is running on a pre-programmed fuel map which is known as open loop. When you delete the O2 sensor the entire bike is running open loop depending on how you delete that O2 sensor.

If you want more horsepower and more torque then tuning would be the biggest performance modification that you can do to these bikes as they are very locked down from the factory.
