It walks you through a process of identifying who you are, who you want to be, what your current season in life is, and then helps you to set goals that reflect all this life review that you've done. It takes a little while (a 2-4 hours all-tolled) but I have done it for 2 years now and absolutely love the process. When you purchase the Power Sheets, they give you access to their videos that walk you through the process, as well as the monthly and weekly progress and tweak sessions that keep you on track.
