@ min 1:48 when you watch that scene in full and the music is going and all the "adults" are talking and they see the teeth of the asteroid worm closing and suddenly Threepio yells, "WE'RE DOOMED!!" is so ridiculously funny to me. We just watched Empire again on Memorial Day weekend 2024 for the billionth time and that line snuck up on us for what seems like the first time and we've been quoting it and laughing for weeks. Ahhhhh, I miss OG Star Wars. I wish they would just give us more adventure stories with the OG group. Sad that Disney dropped that ball so hard.
