Ridiculous !! I did give it the benefit of the doubt and yep, one tiny tug and it's undone...I tried different sized wires even.. stupid waste of time as I suspected !!!

I use this technique also and makes it look so neat. Depending of the designs, I use it this way or pins.

Thank you so much for the time you have taken to upload this wonderful tutorial. I found them really easy to make and they look beautiful. I used sapphire bicones in mine as that is what I had and am really pleased with the result.

A word of caution to anyone making this, because the beads are so light the piece is inclined to twist and thus the bottom can become the top and you don’t realize it until you have gone on with you work. You must keep checking the the top is “in a straight line”. It will make sense to you when you are doing it. It turned out lovely though ❤️
