you’ve got some really pretty shades! this inspired me to swatch all my SSS with you! I only got rid of one which was a matte. I tend to only use these for single shadow looks so the majority of mine are glittery nudes!

Yesss! Why doesn’t the Ciate London Bamboo bronzer have more hype? I love it! Same with the Hoola Lite. It gets no love but I appreciate it because I have to be super light handed with the regular Hoola. I had to declutter both of those It Cosmetics bronzers, they just didn’t work for me. Thank you for sharing!

hi , why dont you declutter regularly and pass them onto a womans refuge its obscene to see all those going off when they can be given to ladies with nothing . i find this upsetting . when you know during holiday periods women will be seeking refuge without anything . you are privileged., i am lucky i can buy my own high end makeup but i still do decluttering and passing them on . it makes me happy to share .

With the expiration dates, companies are waaayy lowballing just to avoid being sued. I've never seen a powder product that goes bad in 1-2 years. You can keep them for much longer than that! :)

I did a little research into these ‘expiry dates’ on eyeshadow pallettes and what I understand is this: the 6/12/24M mark on cosmetics is not an expiry date but is rather an indicator of how long the company tested the product to ensure it will perform the way the company intended it to. For example, The ABH palette has a 6M on the back of it. That doesn’t mean that the palette will ‘go bad’ 6 months after you open it but rather, ABH can promise that the palette will perform as they intended it to for at least 6 months after opening it. Some companies will test make up products for longer-12/24/36M etc. So, less an expiration date as it is a ‘guarantee of performance’ date. Many powder-based products can last you for years. Don’t worry about tossing them unless they have gone off-colour or smell funky. They may not have the same staying power or perform as well after many years of course, but they don’t ‘go bad’ after 6-12 months. Of course, cream and liquid products are a different story.
