Awesome! In my martial arts(Tai Jiu Jutsu) the defences are mostly against empty handed attacks and knives, this is pretty awesome.

Arigato. Have trained the Bujinkan system for several years, but founded my own Ryu- ha; Tatsujinkan Bujutsu, due to several reasons. The ranks I don't even want to mention, as they are probably the foremost reason for doing so.

Coming from the father of Kung Fu? First of all his punch was NOT harder, neither did he have better balance or anything else. How heavy is the guy Lee is punching? maybe 70 kg. Big difference in that and 103 kg, little know all.
@TeknoOrganicVirus11 жыл бұрын
This is a different technique than Bruce Lee's even if the distance is the same. You use your weight in your punch like a boxing punch whereas Bruce Lee used a compact motion to transfer force over a small distance. Bruce Lee's punch is superior not only because of the power but also because of the balance and that he remains centered and grounded throughout the motion of the technique.
