Wow this is my new fav judge! She let that woman have it, took it back and then gave it to her again! That’s exactly what she needed to hear too! What kinda evil would let u think that about this mother’s baby being murdered let alone to type it out and allow urself to post it publicly! She needs a mental evaluation… great work judge Milian! However I feel she has not truly learned her lesson. Public embarrassment in court will at least make her think twice next time

Am I the only one who kind of feels believing the mom would pay sounds legit? The only reason the phone transfer was so high to start with was because her credit was shot (because of her mom from my understanding) so maybe she believed that would be her mom's way of being sorry....I could be misunderstanding and I do believe if they had asked for the money back at some point (especially when she came into money) she should have paid it to keep the peace but I kind of understand her reasoning.

I disagree with the judge on this one. The plaintiff should have gotten her $300 back because he didn't complete the job. I mean, If I don't complete my services, I don't get paid. Why is it any different for him?
