LOL! How can you tolerate a pedalboard that's humming or buzzing all the time?! My pedalboard is super quiet and sounds great! I hate buzzing pedalboards and it doesn't impress me at all!!! I already knew that yours will buzz because of the improper power distribution.

Dude this sounds sick, I think you’ve finally convinced me to get into the Meris pedals. I’ve got an H90 running a thermae into a specular tempus, and I’m loving it but I think the LVS and Mercury kinda could do what I’m trying to do better than those pedals

Thanks for the tour. Very nice!! you mentioned you didn't like your experience with MorningStar, i just got the MC6Pro and ML10X and very impressed so far. What didn't you like about them? I'm using it similarly to how you're using RJM.

Para EQ before drives? Innnnnnteresting. Love using that GE-7 as a boost, the XTS mod that Uncle Larry assisted with is a simple, but rad pedal that everyone should own.

Jake im halfway through this video and i just want to say I love you. Like I actually really do. Also my wife, Jessica Smith, said she did theater stuff with your wife at OBU. She sings and I play guitar at church and I'm planning on trying out your stomp patches and matchless IR ASAP. I've been using David Hilsop's All-In and Benson Chimera IR for a few years, but I'm eager to try yours out. Question: do you use any kind of noise suppression for the moments in between when you're not playing and your OD is on and volume is up?
@deut31683 ай бұрын
This popped up in my feed prolly because I watched your latest board walk-through. This was a year ago? Many would give their left arm for this board, but you have leveled-up your game tremendously in just a year. You're on the cutting edge of tone, my friend.

What is the algorithms and delay settings for your LVX? Like are you running two different algorithms at once, and are they 1/8 and 1/4 stacked?

so many factors. eq on the guitar, how the amps are set, type of amps i’m using, quality cables and buffers, high end comp overdrives, etc.

I have a mini tone x a H90 and a big sky Mx and a octonaut hyperdrive can you help how to connect these also it’s for my church services
@heerobigby3 ай бұрын
Signal chain: Hyperdrive tonex h90 bigsky I'd set up your tonex to be pretty nice rhythm driving, and if you want clean tones roll back ur volume knob. Use your hyperdrive as a lead boost (so more gain, higher tone, more volume to drive the amp, etc.). H90 for modulation/delays in stereo (after the tonex because the tonex is pretty slammed already and the wet stuff will sound weird) and the bigsky to wash it all up in reverb. You can look up tonex patches and try a few, find one you like that has some grit to it. Same with the h90/bigsky, look up some patches and find the ones you like, this should get you most of the way there. Just my 2 cents, id encourage you to experiment and try stuff!
