My Mom has been battling cancer for nearly 10 years. It’s just spread form her thyroid to her lungs to her liver and she has a biopsy tomorrow. That will lay the next course of action. I am so, so sad. She’s my best friend and I’m so scared to lose her. I lover her more than words can tell. This one’s for Mom ❤️

I just bought this album and ironically, this is my fave cut. I never clicked on a video faster. Flutist is absolutely nuts (⏸️) for what he did to that solo🔥🔥🔥

That was hair raising on my arm good. Love it. Felt it. As much as any song this band ever played. You don’t know how easy you don’t know how easy it is to ❤you. God I miss Brent & Jerry just a dream. I bet this was amazing to see in that old school venue. This and both Gardens, Hampton, The Spectrum along with the Omni and Nassa Coliseum. Just amazing. The love at a Happy Bday Phil. I love Jerrys eyebrow lift & smile as Phil gets some Good ❤in from the boys. Emotionally on 🔥⚡️⚡️🌹

I don't much about this band beyond being from NY (my hometown) and this was their last performance. Wow, that's a shame, this actually looks pretty new and innovative for the time.

"Brokedown Palace" Fare you well, my honey Fare you well, my only true one All the birds that were singing Have flown except you alone Goin' to leave this broke-down palace On my hands and my knees, I will roll, roll, roll Make myself a bed by the waterside In my time - in my time - I will roll, roll roll In a bed, in a bed By the waterside I will lay my head Listen to the river sing sweet songs To rock my soul River gonna take me Sing me sweet and sleepy Sing me sweet and sleepy All the way back home It's a far-gone lullaby Sung many years ago Mama, mama many worlds I've come Since I first left home Going home, going home By the water-side I will rest my bones Listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock my soul Going to plant a weeping willow On the banks green edge it will grow, grow, grow Sing a lullaby beside the water Lovers come and go - the river roll, roll, roll In a bed, in a bed, by the waterside I will lay my head Fare you well, fare you well, I love you more than words can tell Listen to the river sing sweet songs, to rock my soul

Brent had such a soulful voice, this combined with Bartow’s brilliant lyrics. ”There is no danger but from the devil And he may want you but I'm in his way” Can’t hold my tears back hearing this line
