The Dead Closing Out The Spectrum - May 02, 2009 - Philadelphia, Pa

I filmed this during the end of the Samson encore at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pa May 02, 2009. This would be the last time I got to go to the Spectrum and the last time any Grateful Dead music would grace this building before they tore it down later that year.

Me & my closest tour bud met up for this one from Chicago & DC! As a head who grew up in Boston I can tell you those venues-the Gahhden, Cap Centre, meadowlands, Spectrum, Knickerbocker etc. etc. had SO much energy! East Coast Dead was always a rambunctious breed and this show was killer. Tearing the old building down indeed. Thank You!❤️🧔‍♂️🌹💀💥💨🧔‍♂️❤️
