About 5 minutes per skewer, you can get 10 skewers on at a time usually, though it depends on the size of your konro grill, smaller ones fit about 5, longer ones 10+. You can cook a lot of skewers fairly quickly

Im indonesian and love sate. This is different though. Yakitori translates go grilled chicken, and is eaten by each individual muscle group or organ instead of how sate is made, usuallt with just chicken thighs. Yakitori is usually very specific, including pieces like “chicken oysters” which is a very small muscle with a few on each chicken.

Love it! Perhaps you can get the golden crust by brushing the dough with garlic butter? I bet you can also prevent the bottom sogginess by flipping them midway and using a wire rack!
