Yup i found out the hard way i replaced the rear main seal put it back together and crank no start crank shaft correlation fault FUK 😮😮😮😮 my fault i did notice the crank ring had 2 larger teeth but over looked that

I swear to everything that you are a true hero for this. I paid $400 for part and install of a starter. Then just got a new ignition switch. Didn’t work. Came across your video as my bf was putting the dash back together as we had given up. Checked the fuse. Bam 💥 started right up. Thank you so much. I wish I would have seen this sooner ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

If the starter was old its probably the reason the fuse burnt out in the first place.. I got mine cheap and put it in myself but that was no easy job lol

If the car sounds like it's struggling to start it's the starter. Mine was sluggish it burnt a fuse I put a 30a instead and it melted the plastic around the fuse... New starter works like a dream.. haven't got around to replacing that blob of a 30a fuse yet tho

Idk why hyundai didn't just put a sight glass with level marks in place of that stupid plastic cap you need to pull off and watch fluid leak out of. Would have made this process alot easier.

I came to find out how to check the level of the transmission fluid and add fluid if needed. I'm still looking as this doesn't seem complete. I found the hole, but I used to pull a dipstick, while it was running, and checked it, and another car. Was surprised I couldn't find it this time. How tf do we check the level? You mentioned, "If it comes out, the level is fine" .... really? That sounds so crazy! . So there's an open hole to drain off excess? I'm aggravated at the dumb design for this car, not you - just venting. Be well and thanks for making content!

Thanks for the tip. I have the same issue. My skid steer is locked in park, will turn on and drive but won’t move the bucket. We changed the switch and the solenoid but still won’t work. I’m going to try this now

It shows where the wheel speed sensor is located and what needs to be removed to change the sensor. Of course...its not a 3/16 allen..its a metric 6mm but thats ok.

FIND THE CAUSE ! After years of working fine, that fuse didn't just blow without a reason, something caused it to blow. Find the cause, fix it, and the fuse won't blow again. You can Google "starter relay fuse keeps blowing" and the results will get you started in the right direction. Mine turned out to be a ground cable connection that had come loose. (the one marked "NEGATIVE JUMP START ATTACHMENT" in this video.) All it took was removal, cleaning with a wire brush, and reassembly. Before the repair, the same fuse blew 3 times in 2 days. That was a month ago, and it has not happened again. So change the fuse to get the car home, then find the cause to make the car reliable again. (Please pin this comment near the top so people find the cause.)

I totally agree, this needs to be pinned at the top asap. Just purchased an 06 sebring and im having the same issues. I will be removing and cleaning the ground wire and starting there tomorrow. Thanks

@@Big_Purr_RT That's where mine was. I removed the first nut, which seemed to be torqued normally, but when I tried to loosen the second nut, I found that it was already loose. I wire brushed everything, reassembled it, and it was good to go. Just remember that there are 2 more possible ground locations to check, the cable at the battery terminal, and the second cable to the starter or engine block. Aside from this issue (and the stupid design of the water pump), they're great cars.
