I do appreciate this interview/lab reveal as I just started looking into htma tests and I was curious about Dr. Cabral. His history already had me drawn, but his obvious care and what you both had to say about pregnancy/postpartum I really resonated with!

Oh my goodness, I loved this episode so much! I teach choir to 5th -12th graders and I have to teach them to breathe correctly! This was so encouraging to what I already do in class and gave me some new ideas.

The general objection to milk is fallacious. All 3 macros. Well most meals have all three macros. And the argument that it has a specific design is also fallacious, since no food we can aquire is designed AS food. A cow is not designed for us to cut its leg off for steak. A plamt does not grow seeds for us to eat. Yet when a plant does seem to make a fruit for us to eat, it can be a bad idea to eat the sugar that is there for the purpose. All mammals are born tolerant to milk. If you keep that tolerance then you have access to one of the only complete foods we might have access to. For me, you might need to give me a better reason to reject dairy. YOu might offer the same fallacious argument against eggs. Eggs are not designed for us to eat, they are designed to make a baby bird. Yet they are one of the greatest foods you can eat, Vitamins ADEand K with essential amino acids and fatty acids.

Dr Mary Claire Haver is an ob/gyn who has specialized in menopause. In the UK surveys have been done among middle aged female physicians . Twenty percent of them have reduced their hours or plan to retire early because of their menopausal symptoms. They are afraid they will make a mistake and hurt a patient .If they are chronically sleep deprived and having brain fog and memory lapses they are probably correct. Dr Mosconi : thanks for your groundbreaking research on women's brain health . But women in jobs that require constant high level functioning like surgeon , commercial pilot, newscasters that broadcast LIVE or high-level politician how are they supposed to maintain high level functioning when going through hormonal chaos ??!!

I wasn't convinced at first, but watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

Great vid, I have ordered this Lady’s new book, she will be awarded awards in the future. My family and myself completely eliminated ALL seed oils from our diet and the change in our health is unbelievable. It does take up to 4 years to completely eliminate the residue from our cells, but within a year 80% will be gone. Because we are clean of the crap, we made a mistake 1 year ago and ate a KFC meal, within 30 minutes of eating it we all had to rush to the loo to eliminate it, a bit crude sorry, but true. Please please read her books and watch all of her vids, she is fantastic.❤️❤️❤️

It is really fascinating and the essential truth of Peter's message is so profound and beautiful... The tric and I really mean it The Trick to understand that message and to truly accept it is as he says To slow down... That means to rebalance yourself... ( to let your brain to be in equilibrium with the chemicals once again) Because everyone is dealing with the discomfort they feel in a different ways... For someone that compensation of inadequacy comes from Work and they work themselves literally to illness (slow down) For others the compensation is alcohol or drugs ,pills ,or sex ,or social media, shopping , being too nice and accommodating... You literally have to STOP all these behaviour compensations , let your brain rebalance and listen to Peter Crone message again and again and if needed once again. You have to hear it with the different examples that he gives and from different angles in order to Truly understand it , to be able to truly Listen without the perspective of the EGO (That hurt little child in us) Only then you will realise that your inherent value is FREEDOM, JOY, POWER, LOVE, CONFIDENCE... and you will be able to see the LIES of the story of negation of yourself that we play again and again in our heads. Only then people will be able to accept that they have NO Shame ,because they haven't done anything wrong. Shame is a powerful and heavy chain ⛓ that keeps us from realising our potential and it is deliberately placed on us by the society that we inhabit. The ancient cultures have no description or word for SHAME.

I found this video because I just bought the product today at Whole foods. Just the 1 serving because I didn't if it was going to be ok for me. So I couldn't find how to prepared it. I was looking the directions so I was looking different places and I end here with no directions 😂 but I just added the one serving in 8 ounces of water. I am diabetic and I don't like the taste of stevia and I was expecting that this protein might have an after taste for some sweetener on the product but no weird taste which I was surprised. The other thing I was expecting my glucose go high after drink it. 😮 No yet. As the time I'm writing this I'm not yet into the 2 hours to check my glucose levels but I'll se how high goes in the two hours. But I drank it. And I am doing great. I am going to buy a bigger bag. And see how I feel it.
