it's per hit. and pango's swatchbuckle is 4 hits i think so calculate it with some magic resist and 900+ dmg.

And becuz pangolier swashbuckler is a 4 hits of instant attack(aoe skills that its dmg can be affected by items but won't deal dmg to shadowed enemy ), fun fact that only this pango skill can trigger this much dmg I think Similar instant attack type skills are dawnbreaker starbreaker and tiny tree volley but they don't trigger that much dmg from techies shard, or it's just that oango is too squishy

shard triggers 300 damage on attack/damage and swashbuckle strikes 3 times

and mines reduce magic resist

Techies ult lowers magic resistance as well and he got hit by it so tazer deals more dmg.
