The only changes I'd make to Beast is just the hair. Instead of changing the style, the Color just changes to silver while staying in its default style. As for the length of the transformation, just speed it up so it still takes longer than Potential Unleashed but not as long as it normally does.

I been tryin so hard to get good at PVP. Ive always played PVE and mained a Frieza Race. Although my main still seems like my strongest attempt because i know him the best ive actually got closest to winning the most amount of times with my Namekian

In a way, seeing somebody just pick nothing but top tiers really says a lot about a person and these people rule over these games with iron fists and no restrain. I get it's their choice, but I hate how mid and lower tiers get shit on just for playing them and this really needs to stop. There is a work around kind of unless they patched it, I made a custom battle where I changed with Beerus and then hit a cutscene and after it was basically like the change never happened and I was just beerus voice and moves
