Whilst part of the Husqvarna family, I have a McCulloch Rob1000 mower. It was going out and running out of battery. I replaced the battery at the weekend and it has cut once and gone back to the charging station and no longer charges. If I run a test on the charging station it says Current: Not Ok. I have 28V at the charging station and the output to the L&R boundary wires is about 34V. The green light is lit continuously on the charging station. Could this be the loop sensor?

Kinda confused about the animal situation. You say you use the black HD wire virtually all the time. But then you say the pro wire is built to keep animals from eating the wire...implying that they would eat the HD wire? I have a ton of deer and squirrels. That is extremely common in the US. Are they going to eat my wire if I use the HD? If so I would think you'd use the pro wire a lot more...so is that just a non issue? Some clarity around the animal hazards would be most welcome. You have to disassemble the Motor and the gear! The Ball-bearings from the wheel were totale worn and wil destroy the planetary gear, that is a common Problem!

Thank you for the information. I have an old 230 ACX with a glued together base plate. Pulled it apart today and gonna have a go at fixing a corroded section of the antenna. The old ones use different antennas so I'm guessing if I'm going to replace the plate I will also need the board to go with it.

Thank you for the valuable insights! Sorry for the weird question, but can I create 4 or even 5 secondary areas? Given the mower only has one "secondary area" setting, and doesn't seem to be able to differentiate, if the areas are roughly the same, it shouldn't matter how many secondary loops I encircle with the boundary wire, I should be able to pick my area of choice for a "secondary run", right? As long as there is a boundary loop in all directions, and no guide loop, it should be regarded as a secondary area - but I night be wrong in this.

Is it possible to add another battery to the 430x (nera) and thereby increase the capacity?

u are my saviour! my 310 stopped and gave me a no loop signal, then it didnt wanna charge, opened the charging station and took out the card to check, and yep there was a burned bit of card, so i swaped it out for one i found on the garbage free of charge, installed it and it took charge, but i had the no loop signal. after ive been pulling my last few hair on my head i found this video and i ran as fast i could down the stairs and into the mower, straight into security and new loop and TADA IT WORKS!! im so happy! i hope you have a good life !!!!

I have a 315x . It has worked fine for 3 years. Last week I got a disconnect error and have been unable to reconnect it to cell or blue tooth. GPS coordinates are ok and GPS reads strong. Simm card displays error and carrier is blank. When I try and pair it again on blue tooth it won't generate a code. Mower is still mowing as per my schedule . Opened it up and confirmed it has an LTE card and reseated the connectors . ( no actual simm card in slot so must be an e-simm). I'm assuming my LTE board is bad. I have not tried a total reset as I don't want to wipe my programming and have to redo it manually at the mower.

In other words, it’s a manufacturer defect that should be recalled because they didn’t used a high quality enough material that doesn’t flex because they wanted to be cheap?

I created a new work area on my 450x and selected checkerboard pattern. When it goes out to cut it goes around the outside border and around stay out zones. Then it thinks done. It has done this 3 times it will do random pattern but not other patterns. Patterns work fine in other work areas

I have an old 220AC G2 from 2004. The baseplate ( part.no. 535 14 00-01 ) is glued together and both the N-loop and F-loop are broken inside. They are made on a flexible PCB with ~4 turns on each. The F-loop ( far-field ) is the outer loop used for "long-range" base detection. The N-loop ( near-field ) is an 8-shaped loop which guides the final docking. Does anyone have any info on how these 2 loops are attached to the 4-pin connector ? ( It seems impossible to reverse-engineer the layout without destroying the baseplate completely. )

Husqvarna instructions do not address low voltage cable and customer service is awful loop error 4 times in first day resetting mower always clears error. Please help this company is awful

Hi my auto mover leaves the station and stopped after 2metres with mover stuck in a charging station, so far my service guy changed charging station board but fault still there, now he said maybe motherboard is faulty, any ideas what can cause this problem, kind regards

My transform gives 36-38v. Is it possible that give overvoltage asswell..? It should give 26-28v but of its broken should’t it give lower voltage?

I'm waiting for you to get 1 more in stock for my 3rd field mower. lol Oh, by the way, the screw holes on the new 5 blade deck are about 1/4'' set back further than on the OEM 3-blade deck. Can you have that fixed and set the blades back closer to the edge a little? Even 1/8th inch would be helpful. Additionally, why don't you sell the computer board for it? I keep having to go thru Pronto mower for stuff like that and buy the low voltage wiring/power converter et al from individual separate vendors. I'd prefer to buy all my parts in one place. Also, the blades with 2 holes in them so you can reuse the other side of the blade set is awesome so long as they don't get bent, or straighten them before flipping them around. I've seen no loss in performance. I push my 3 field mowers to 2 acres each. With these upgrades, the mowers are doing well. Now for a longer lasting battery. :)

i had this problem all the time under normal 15-20 degree celsius clouded weather so i replaced both my batteries… surprise : even with the new batteries the problem is still there i read the temperatures from the "service menu" and they are supposed to be 54deg celsius which is absolutely not true. they are not even warm. any idea what i can do?

Seriously, thank you! Found the little plug was melted under the mower. On tip, get some test cables with crocodile clips, can then hook up mower to charging station and have it upside down to poke multimeter into various plugs! Thanks again!

Also, the LED panel on Frack is half lit. Can that be changed or do i have to replace the panel? Also I am looking for a new pin-out power connector that goes from the charging PCL board to the guides, perimeter wire and power (i have a good power pinout). I just want the pin-out connector unit, no wires. It's on item 23 in the 450xh parts diagram.

thanks for making these videos, I was wondering if I could upgrade my 450xh to epos...apperently not..the only reason I'd want to up grade is to get patterns/line..and not the bouncing around...I'm good with the lines in the ground they are precise..I guess I have to wait for my 450xh to kick the bucket..but by then the epos problems will be all squared away

someone should update the soft ware in the old 450HX to do lines and patterns..with wires it would be pretty precise.

I changed a bad board in a charging dock… keeps going from green to flashing green… followed your steps to no avail… narrowed it down to the power supply by using one from a different area that works fine. Is there anyway to fix a power supply? Nothing appears to be wrong with the bad power supply after inspection. Is replacing the power supply the only option?

Do you know if one can change the default mah via the menu? I know you could change it on the old 220AC. I want to change the capacity in the menu to the spec of the new battery (3400 mah) As it is now it only charge to 1600 mah because it thinks a 1600 mah battery is in the mower.

I own a 430X and I have no light at all and I have 28 volts at the power into the circuit board. I have switched out the circuit board with no help, also I have good boundary wiring. Please help

Hello from Croatia. I have a problem with my Automover 430x. It has Error "Charging current too high". The servicer changed the charger and steel have the same problem. My automover is blocked in charger because of Error and he does not start until I come on place, unplug automover from charger and push START manualy. How to fix that? Thank you. Regards, Dubravko
